Recipe:
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Sauté until aromatic.
Add onions and vegetables. Stir-fry on high flame, keeping them slightly crunchy.
Add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix well.
Add the cooked sevai and gently toss to combine without breaking.
Add salt (if required) along with pepper or chilli flakes.
Stir on high flame for 1–2 minutes.
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
